Terms: 

• Composite Cylinder refers to Emirates Gas branded composite cylinders
• Steel Cylinder refers to Emirates Gas branded steel cylinder
• 11kg, 16 kg – refers to the net capacity of LPG filled in the cylinder
• Consumer – The user of Emirates Gas composite cylinder
• Distributor – A company authorized to distribute LPG cylinders holding a valid LPG Trading Permit issued by Dubai Supreme Council of Energy and purchasing its requirements of LPG and cylinders from Emirates Gas
• LPG – Liquified Petroleum Gases and its derivatives meeting the requirements and specifications of ESMA or regulatory body

Conditions:

• Cylinder should be filled only by Emirates Gas for safety and legal reasons and consumer is not permitted to provide the cylinder to any other party or non-authorized distributor which would void the conditions of supply and deposit.
• Composite cylinder remains the property of Emirates Gas and consumer should return the cylinder to Emirates Gas if not required.
• Cylinder Deposit will be refunded at the original value in the receipt to the consumer by the distributor who issued the receipt, if the cylinder is in good condition upon production of original receipt, validation through Emirates ID and is refundable within 10 years from date of receipt beyond which no refund will be provided but the consumer can continue to use the cylinder and refill from Emirates Gas and return the cylinder to Emirates Gas if not required for safe disposal.
• Deposit for the cylinder will be refunded by Emirates Gas or any other authorized distributor of Emirates Gas in case the distributor who supplied the cylinder is no longer operating subject that above requirements are met.
• If consumer chooses to exchange valid Emirates Gas steel cylinder with a composite cylinder, the deposit amount for composite cylinder will be reduced by AED 50/- (subject to change at the discretion of Emirates Gas) and net amount collected as per the capacity of the cylinder.
• Cylinder will always be issued with LPG as per notified rates and will not be provided on empty basis to consumer.
• Cylinder will be maintained by Emirates Gas during its lifetime, however if any damage is noted on account of consumer, the consumer is liable to pay the repair cost.
• Cylinder is not transferrable to any other party and will violate the conditions of supply of cylinder.
• Emirates Gas is supplying the composite cylinder for use of the consumer who should take necessary precautions to use the gas safely and can refer to the distributor or Emirates Gas website www.emiratesgas.com for any guidance
• Only approved accessories should be used along with the composite cylinder including regulator, hoses etc
• Composite cylinder is always supplied with LPG filled by Emirates Gas - only empty composite cylinder is not for sale
• Price of Refill & Composite cylinder is subject to change at the discretion of Emirates Gas
